Australian Universities Accord: Driving Lasting Change for the Sector
In November 2022, the Hon Jason Clare MP, Minister for Education announced details of the Australian Universities Accord and outlined the roadmap for consultation to create the most visionary change to the higher education sector in decades. Supported by the Accord Panel, chaired by Professor Mary O’Kane, the Accord will put forward a set of recommendations and performance targets that will dramatically improve access to and standards of education for all Australians, enabling the continued growth and prosperity of the nation.
